FilterBar (the click-to-add bar over useTableFilters) lives on the Table hooks page; the three-toolbar comparison is a patterns-section item

FacetBar is the one list toolbar, and DataTable renders it by default. FilterBar remains for registry kinds that cannot be a menu (a range, a boolean) and shows beneath it only then. Actions such as Download belong in the card head or the page title, never in this row.
